  • When do I pay?

    Half is collected up front, then the other half once you receive your Remembrance Film. There is generally 2-4 Weeks between each payment.

    What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept Credit Card, Cash, Check, & Paypal.

    Can multiple family members pay for one package?

    Yes, we accept payments from multiple family members.

  • How does the process start?

    The Pre-Production Meeting is almost always in-person and is included in every package. We schedule a Story Planning Meeting once the first deposit has been made.

    What happens after the Pre-Production Meeting?

    The Production Day is generally around One Week after the Pre-Production Meeting. Although, the time in between can be flexible if necessary. This time gap is to give your loved one ample opportunity to remember and think about what they will say.

  • How do we provide the pictures?

    We ask that every family prepares the physical pictures they would like us to scan before we arrive in person. Regarding digital images, we provide you a digital footlocker to upload them to so that organization is easy.

  • How can we prepare the house for the filming day?

    To be better prepared, we ask that families put pets away, turn off ice machines, make sure that lawn-care isn't scheduled, turn off ringers, etc.

    What will the Remembrance Filming Day look like?

    This is different for every package. There will be a more detailed breakdown in your Starter Kit which you will receive in your email after your first deposit.

    What is the interview like?

    We understand this is most likely the first time your loved one has done something like this, so we try to keep it fun! We start with the photoshoot to loosen up, setup our scanner and start scanning, and then we setup the video gear once we've all gotten a bit more comfortable. We ask all the pre-determined questions decided upon in the Story Planning Meeting, and overall try and have a blast!

  • How long will it take to receive my final video, pictures, and files after my Remembrance Filming Day?

    Reflection Package: 1 Week

    Memory Package: 1.5 Weeks

    Remembrance Package: 2 Weeks

    Legacy Package: 3 Weeks

    Every Package is delivered using Eazyflicks, a videography & photography delivery platform. We also permanently backup every video, and at no cost if you lose it, we will send it to you. If concerned, you can purchase multiple USB Keepsake boxes that come loaded with all of the files.

  • Can family members be there too?

    Family members are more than welcome, in fact encouraged, to sit in on the process and be there during the production day! We just ask that during the filming process they remain silent.

    Can you do both my mom and dad at the same time?

    Currently we do not shoot multiple people at the same time. We are working on making this option available, so if this is something you are interested in, please contact us!
